Privacy policy
This notice explains how Kelmor processes data collected through the pre-launch waitlist. The data is used only to manage registration, contact subscribers, and send updates about the service launch.
Controller and contact
The data controller is Kelmor. For privacy requests, deletion, correction, or consent withdrawal, write to sec@kelmor.ai.
Data collected
We collect name, email, subscriber type, questionnaire answers, optional referral source, language, privacy consent, and essential technical information generated by the systems hosting the site. We do not place personal data in URLs or query strings.
Purposes and legal basis
We process data to register waitlist subscriptions, send confirmation emails, communicate launch updates, size the first activations, and prevent technical abuse. The main legal basis is user consent; for security and service integrity we also rely on legitimate interest.
Retention
We keep data for the period needed for the pre-launch phase and the following contact about initial access. If you request deletion, we remove or anonymize the data unless technical or legal obligations require limited retention.
Suppliers
We use technical suppliers for hosting, database, email sending, technical analytics, and performance monitoring, including Vercel, Neon/Postgres, and Resend. Suppliers process data on our behalf under their security measures and contractual terms.
Transfers outside the EU
Some suppliers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms provided by applicable law.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent by writing to sec@kelmor.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Marketing and sharing
We do not sell waitlist data and do not share it with third parties for their independent commercial purposes. Communications are limited to the Kelmor launch and updates related to the subscription.
